NOTAM Monitoring/ Flight Brief / Weather Briefto top
Each trip receives a final package with all of the trip details including copies of permits, hotel confirmations, prefile/ACK message, ground handling notes, and the flight plan. In addition, meteorologists comb through departure, arrival, and alternate airports reading and filtering out NOTAMs. A tailored weather brief is included with TAF, METARs, PIREPs, AIREPs, SIGMETs, volcanic ash, and solar flare alerts that are relevant to the trip.

Flight Following/Met Watchto top
Through a variety of methods, ARIs team of meteorologists can track arrival and departure times from any airport in the world. An Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is forwarded to the next airport, and a message is sent back to the client's home base with Actual Departures and Arrivals. In addition, senior meteorologists monitor the weather enroute and at the arrival airport. If the weather changes drastically from the taf in the weather brief a message will be sent up to the cockpit alerting the crew to the situation. Also, an updated weather brief will be waiting at tech stops with a copy of the prefile/ACK message.

Domestic Flight Watch (DFW)to top
Air Routing International's Domestic Flight Watch program is run by meteorologists cross trained in flight planning and flight following. They coordinate with the NBAA GA Desk to monitor and reduce delays on ground and in-flight, real time to the crew and support.
